Athena Weddings works with you from your engagement right through to your big day. We support you with all your wedding day choices, manage all suppliers on your behalf and work with the venue to ensure every detail is covered. For those with smaller budgets or who wish to do the bulk of the wedding planning themselves Athena Weddings will be on hand to manage the event on the day itself and remove the added pressure from you, your bridal party and family so everyone can fully relax, safe in the knowledge that everything is being taken care off. Our Services
We work with you to build your wedding day vision board - to gain ideas and inspiration. We provide full wedding budget analysis and supplier payment plan. We can arrange and accompany you at relevant appointments for venue viewings. We can carry out all risk assessments, supplier insurance checks, provide recommendations on protection policies to give you thorough piece of mind. We design for your wedding: Theme, venue, decorations and accessibility. We also help you handling of RSVP’s, dietary requirements, any adaptions to ensure all guests needs are catered for. We can also provide full time support in the last four weeks lead up to the wedding. On your big day our team will be there to support and coordinate to ensure that it runs runs smoothly from beginning to end.
